How do I register to access ummahvouchers.co.uk vouchers?

Just click on the 'Register' button on the home page, fill in the relevant details and you'll have full access to hundreds of unique offer vouchers. 

Why havn’t I received my account activation email?

If the email doesn't reach your inbox virtually instantly, you'll probably find it in your Bulk / Junk email folder. If you still haven't received it after 30 minutes, you can request for it to be resent here.

I’m having trouble logging in, what could be the problem?

To log in to ummahvouchers.co.uk, please make sure that:

• You have activated your account.
• You enter your username and password using the same case you registered with - these are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, you can get it reset here.
• You have cookies enabled in your web browser.
•  If you are getting a message saying your account has been blocked, please wait until it is unlocked.

It’s ok it happens to everyone, just enter your email address in the the 'forgotten your password' box on the login page and we'll send you a new password by e-mail. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

Do I need to be Muslim to use vouchers on ummahvocuhers.co.uk?

No, even though ummahvouchers.co.uk is for the Muslim ummah, we welcome all communities and if they benefit then great, in the end muslim businesses will be befiting from business from other cultures and religions and that can only be a good thing.
 

How do I print off a voucher?

Access the voucher, click on the printer button, on the bottom right of the voucher, and follow the instructions. If you have any problems printing, please contact us.
